2. Upon the receipt of the Application form, confirmation letter will be delivered to confirm the space, location, cost and deposit of the booth within one week.
3. The booth distribution policy is “First apply, First get”. The exhibitor should pay 30% of the total cost as a deposit to the organizer within 15 days after the confirmation letter is received. And the balance should be paid before 31 July, 2008. Reservation will be treated as invalid without deposit.
4. The Exhibitors’ Manual will be provided after the settlement of your booth.
